1. Confidentiality of Unreleased Products
We understand that your catalogue photos often represent unreleased, high-value commercial products. All uploaded files and generated renders are stored in private, encrypted cloud storage with zero public access. Files are accessible solely via short-lived, authenticated links tied to your user session.
2. Information We Collect
We collect account data (verified email address), uploaded imagery (source photos for transformation), and billing records (transaction order IDs and timestamps processed securely through Razorpay). We never store credit card or bank account details on our servers.
3. How We Use Your Data
Your photos are processed strictly to generate the commercial visual styles you request. We do not sell, rent, or publicly display your proprietary images, nor do we use your unreleased commercial photos to train public foundation models without explicit consent.
4. Data Retention & Deletion
You maintain full control over your creative history. You can view, download, or permanently delete any generated image from your Studio Generation History at any time. You may also request complete deletion of your account and associated storage assets.
