By creating an account, purchasing studio credits, or using Moonovi Product Studio ("Moonovi", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2. Studio Services & Account Access

Moonovi provides an automated commercial product visualization platform designed for ecommerce brands, sellers, and agencies. To access personalized features and upload source imagery, you must register using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Studio Credits & One-Time Purchases

Moonovi operates on a clear, pay-as-you-go credit system. Exactly 1 studio credit entitles you to 1 generated high-resolution product render. All credit purchases are strictly one-time payments with no recurring subscription fees. Purchased studio credits do not expire and remain active in your balance until consumed.

4. Intellectual Property & User Content

You retain full ownership of all source images, logos, trademarks, and catalogue photos you upload to Moonovi. You represent and warrant that you own or possess the necessary rights and permissions to use the content you upload. Moonovi claims no intellectual property rights over your original products or generated outputs.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to upload any content that is illegal, defamatory, infringes on third-party intellectual property rights, or violates applicable product advertising standards. Automated scraping, malicious penetration testing, or reverse engineering of the Moonovi platform is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Moonovi provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for extreme visual fidelity and 99.9% uptime, Moonovi shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of generated imagery or service disruptions.
