Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Automatic Refund on Generation Failures
You are never charged for an incomplete or failed render. If a background generation task encounters an unexpected provider timeout, policy flag, or system error, the deducted studio credit is automatically and instantly returned to your balance via our automated ledger.
2. Credit Pack Refund Window
If you purchase a studio credit pack and have not consumed any of the purchased credits, you may request a 100% full money-back refund within 14 days of purchase. Once credits from a pack have been consumed for successful renders, partial refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
3. No Subscriptions or Cancellation Fees
Moonovi is 100% pay-as-you-go. Because there are no recurring subscriptions, memberships, or scheduled renewals, there is nothing to cancel. You will never be billed automatically.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund on an unused credit pack, email support@moonovi.com with your registered email address and payment order ID. Refunds are typically processed back to your original payment method via Razorpay within 3–5 business days.
